Mibs is turning 13 and that's when she gets her "savvy" - special skill. All of her family has a savvy: one of Mib's brothers controls hurricanes, the other causes electricity, her grandfather moves mountains, and her mother's savvy is that she is perfect. Mib's father got into a coma the day before her birthday. Mibs loved her father so much that she went on a bus to find and help him. What will happen on this mysterious adventure? This book was funny and adventurous. It was cool because of the special powers. Also it was a page turner it was the best book I've read so far!!!
Savvy was a adventurous and action packed and a real page turner. It's real page turner because you would not want to stop reading.I would recommend this book for six graders and up. I would give this book five stars.

I thought Savvy was a really great book because i like action books and this book was action pack. A neat thing about this book was that it had a lot of cliffhangers.
This book was wonderful and cliffhanging. There were a lot of good chapters. the book was so good i didn't want to put it down. and the ending was pretty perfect. I would definitely recommend this book to everyone.i give this book 5 stars.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It left me hanging after every chapter and was very adventerous. My favorite part was when Will Jr, Mibs, and the others escaped the church to go to Salina.

Savvy is a very good book. In every page there is suspense. When Mibs friend, Lill, wants Bobbi to call her mom, Mibs knows she can’t! Mrs. Rosemary doesn’t know Mibs, Bobbi, Will jr., Samson, and Fish are runaways. Not just that, but how could they show there faces after the TV. In big bold letters, there were: ALERT, MISSING, ALERT, MISSING, ALERT! But yes, of course some one finds out, and who else to find out but the cranky, evil Miss. Caroline. This is the best book I ever read.
